Shipping policy

I’m excited to ship your new favourite items to you, and I want to ensure you have a smooth and transparent experience.

Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping rates and times are noted upon checkout.

Please note: All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays, especially during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.

Processing Time
Each piece is handmade with care, and I aim to ship your order within 2-4 business days after it's placed. Custom orders may take longer to process. You will be provided with an estimated shipping date when you place a custom order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
My items are sourced globally, but the finished products are handmade in Canada. This means they are CUSMA/USMCA compliant, so customers in the United States do not pay tariffs on their orders. Duties for U.S. orders are included in the shipping price.

For customers outside of Canada and the U.S., International orders may still be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. I recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any applicable charges before placing your order.

Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all the details you provide at checkout, including your shipping address, are correct. I am not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me immediately, and I will do my best to correct it before shipping.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed or refused, the package will be returned to me.

Once I receive the returned package, I will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping the package.

If you prefer to cancel your order instead of reshipping, I will issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping costs.

Shipping Delays
While I strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing times.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and I’ll do my best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages
I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please reach out to me, and I'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that some items, such as custom or personalized orders, are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. These are clearly indicated on the product page. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to my Return & Exchange Policy for information on returning or exchanging items.

Force Majeure
I am not liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by events outside of my control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and delivery.

Right to Modify Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify our shipping, returns, and other policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of my services will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through communication with me will be handled in accordance with applicable law in my jurisdiction. By placing an order with us, you agree to resolve any legal disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
