I take pride in my products and want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Please review my return and refund policy below.
Refunds
Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds on my items unless they have been lost in the mail. If this happens, please contact me right away, and I’ll assist you with the process of filing a claim through the courier insurance.

For lost parcels:

You must wait 21 days for domestic shipments and 45 days for international and APO/FPO shipments to submit a claim.

To process the claim, I will need a signed letter from you stating the following:

Date the package was mailed

Invoice number

Description of the item

A statement confirming the item is lost and never received

Your signature and date

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to justify your decision.

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations

Custom Beanie Policies
For custom orders, please note the following:

One-of-a-Kind Guarantee: Each custom beanie is entirely unique and will not be replicated.

Creative Freedom: By placing a custom order, you agree to give me full creative control over the design. Your responses on the custom order form will inspire the beanie’s colors, patterns, and style, but the final design decisions are at our discretion.

Turnaround Time: Beanies are handmade with care and will ship within 2-3 weeks of order placement unless otherwise stated in product descriptions. Most beanies are completed sooner, but this is an estimate.

No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of custom beanies, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

No Revisions: Once the design process begins, changes cannot be made to your order.
